THE GOOD PROJECT

Do Good. Feel Good.

WHO WE ARE

Our Good Project is to enhance the wellbeing of our local community by offering an inclusive and calming experience for people of all backgrounds and abilities with our Alpaca. This gentle interaction with these curious creatures supports the mental and physical health of those involved, fostering genuine and lasting connections with the people, the animals and the environment.

WHERE TO FIND US

Padgate, Warrington

On the land behind numbers 57 to 91 Orford Road (WA2 7SS), our farm is a space where community and nature come together. We are committed to supporting a happier, healthier, and more connected community - one alpaca at a time.

Each Phase builds on top of the next, and Phase Four: Community is where The Good Project truly comes to life - not just as a place, but as a purpose-driven space for connection and inclusion.

This phase focuses on outreach, offering short stays at the farm for organisations that work with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning support groups.

By opening our gates to these incredible communities, we’re creating meaningful opportunities for rest, exploration, and growth in a supportive, nature-rich environment. It’s our way of giving back - and ensuring The Good Project becomes a place where everyone feels welcome.

PHASE THREE Welfare

We want to keep our Alpaca happy and healthy for our visitors, which requires clean water, hearty food and access to medicine.

PHASE TWO Infrastructure

After this, we need a connection to water and electricity supplies, along with drainage works to be completed for toilet facilities.

PHASE FOUR Community

This is the final phase of our project, where we establish the CIC within the community to last for generations.
